Privacy Policy
DispatchGuard.ai is operated by [ENTITY]. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Account data: email address, display name, and — if you verify one — your phone number. Documents you submit: rate confirmations, emails, and similar paperwork you upload or paste for checking, plus the analysis results. Community content: reports and reviews you file, with any evidence you attach. Usage data: searches, checks, and feature use tied to your account. Technical data: we log IP addresses and general location for security, fraud prevention, and analytics — including on pre-launch visitor counters. Waitlist: if you join the waitlist we store your email and signup source.
To operate the Service: run the checks you request, maintain your watchlist, compute trust signals, and show you results. To protect the network: detect fraud patterns (for example, document-template and payment-timing signals derived from submitted paperwork — never the document contents or rates themselves), prevent abuse, and keep scores honest. To communicate: alerts and messages you opted into, and essential service notices. We do not sell your personal information.
Documents you submit for checking are visible only to your account and to systems (and, where necessary, personnel) operating the Service. Other users never see your documents or your rates. Only aggregate, non-identifying signals derived from many documents (such as "this format differs from prior documents from this authority") influence what others see.
Text alerts are opt-in per category in your notification settings and require a verified phone number. By enabling any text alert you agree to receive automated SMS from DispatchGuard.ai at your verified number for the categories you select. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; consent is not a condition of any purchase. Opt out any time in settings or by replying STOP (HELP for help). We keep a record of your consent and opt-outs — including the wording shown, the timestamp, and the IP address — as required for compliance.
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Google Firebase (authentication, database, storage), Vercel (hosting), Twilio (SMS delivery, when enabled), and Stripe (payments, when enabled) — each bound to use data only to provide their service. Public government data we display (FMCSA and similar) is already public. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Submitted documents and derived signals are retained to power retroactive fraud checks as our systems improve; you may request deletion of your documents at any time (see Your Rights). Consent and opt-out records are retained as required by law. Security logs (including IP logs) are retained for a limited period.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted by authentication rules, and privileged operations run through server-side credentials. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to security@dispatchguard.ai.
You can access and update account information in the app, and request a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@dispatchguard.ai from your account email. Residents of certain states (including California) and regions may have additional rights; we honor verified requests regardless of residence. [STATE-SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES — per counsel.]
The Service is for business use by adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Material changes will be announced in the Service before they take effect. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
